• Step 1

  • The following steps are only applicable for new members only:
    • Download and Install Fully Alive app on the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android)
  • Step 2

  • Open the Fully Alive app and select SIGN UP.
    • Enter member's information and select CREATE ACCOUNT. 
    • You will no longer need to select your clinic/location.
  • Step 3

    • Once the account is created, members will be directed to the Welcome Page which includes the Welcome Video, Clinic Code Access, Profile Menu (top left) and Support Team.
    • Additionally, the member's information has been stored under the Fast Track/LYTB Holding Clinic/Location

  • Step 4

    • Members can then enter their Clinic Code, select ACTIVATE YOUR CODE, and now they have full access to the mobile app.
  • Potential Registration Issues w/ Troubleshooting Steps

    • Invalid Clinic ID
        • This appears when the member is entering the wrong Clinic ID or the clinic has not been set up for open member enrollment (a backend configuration) - see Invalid Clinic ID message in red
      • Members can reach out Technical Support by selecting TECHNICAL SUPPORT to have their correct clinic assigned or
      • Members can contact their Facilitator to confirm their Clinic ID
    •  Account with email address xxxx@xxxx.com already exists
      • This means the account has already been created. There is no need to create a second account.
      • Please have the member contact Support and the team can assign them to the correct clinic
      • If they need their password, they can submit a PW Reset request from the mobile app.
    • White Screen on App's Home Page
      • This means the account has full access to the app but no clinic association
      • Please have the member contact Support and the team can assign them to the correct clinic
