BSP Lesson 9:Administering the Program

LESSON BRIEF

The definition of “buyer's remorse” is the sense of regret after having made a purchase. It may stem from fear of making the wrong choice, guilt over extravagance, or a suspicion of having been overly influenced by the seller. In this session you will learn that when you administer the program effectively you will create a new member who is excited and ready to go without a shred of doubt! From this session you will discover specific steps to review for the basic Thin&Healthy’s Total Solution program and how to parallel those steps to the club and training presentations!  The time to administer the program depending on what you are presenting may take 5 minutes – 15 minutes and is necessary to lay a foundation for victory for your new member!

Learn that the material you need when administering the program for the package you just enrolled your member on is

  • An important paper envelope (a copy of the agreement-2 cancel papers-if your state requires you do so…which most states to.)
  • A new member file folder (or the documents that describe your program)
  • All the products
  • Any other documents your member may need to sign…ie doctor letter…etc.

LESSON FAQ

QUESTION 1:  In what situation is it permitted to skip administering the program you just enrolled someone on.

ANSWER 1:  There isn’t any situation that skipping administering the program. If you skip it the probability of the member coming back the next day and want to cancel will be high.


QUESTION 2: When should you put the member’s folder together if applicable?

ANSWER 2: As soon as possible but no later than before you leave for the day.  Your charts for wellness,training…etc should not pile up because the person fulfilling the service will need the information.  A picture of what you don’t want is a member coming in to get started and not have their program ready!
