I’m totally blown away by what has happened to our business over the last month! Competition has been crazy, so it's forced to look for revenue. By the time we were 2 weeks in, and by the time we've put so many through the system, my jaw has been on the ground. There's actually 5 different streams of revenue attached to [our members], so if they go somewhere else and workout, they're still buying from us.

[The system] actually works. It has allowed us to bring them in, and get them to trust us. Once that happens, we're able to build relationships, and then start funneling them into other revenue streams we have in the club...membership, personal training, things like that.
